• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Maryland Closets
• Design modifications may incur additional charges

2.2 Installation

• Installation services are provided by licensed and insured professionals
• Access to installation areas must be cleared and prepared according to pre-installation guidelines
• Cancellation of scheduled installations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and custom requirements

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin production
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
• All deposits are non-refundable after production has begun

4. Warranty

4.1 Product Warranty

• All installed systems come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
• Warranty is non-transferable
• The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Hardware and mechanical components carry a 5-year warranty

4.2 Installation Warranty

• Installation work is guaranteed for one year from completion
• Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty
• Modifications by unauthorized parties void the installation warranty

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation fees may apply based on the project stage
• Rescheduling fees may apply for appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice
